Refund Policy

1. Our 14-day policy

You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase by emailing meretyofficial@gmail.com. Include the purchaser's name, order email, order number, product, and reason for the request so we can locate the transaction.

2. Digital content and right of withdrawal

Our products are supplied digitally. Under applicable consumer law, the statutory right of withdrawal may end once digital delivery or access begins if you expressly requested immediate performance and acknowledged that doing so causes you to lose that right.

If the required consent or acknowledgement was not properly obtained, your mandatory legal rights remain unaffected. Nothing in this policy limits protections that cannot be waived under the law applicable to you.

3. When a refund may be refused

Subject to mandatory consumer rights, a refund may be refused when:

• the request is submitted more than 14 days after purchase;
• the digital product has been substantially accessed, downloaded, consumed, copied, or used after valid consent to immediate delivery;
• the request concerns failure to achieve a particular personal result, as outcomes are not guaranteed;
• there is evidence of fraud, abuse, repeated refund requests, or unauthorized sharing.

4. Faulty or inaccessible products

If a file is defective, missing, materially different from its description, or inaccessible, contact us promptly. We will first try to restore access, replace the file, or otherwise bring the product into conformity. Where required by law or where we cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to a price reduction or refund.

5. Processing approved refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Shopify's payment system. Bank and card processing times vary and are outside our control. Access to refunded digital products may be withdrawn.
